비춰보카(이하 "앱")는 카메라로 인식한 영어 단어를 나만의 단어장으로 정리하는 서버 없는(온디바이스) 앱입니다. 개발자는 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 이용자의 단어장·학습기록·설정은 이용자 기기 내부에만 저장되고 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
앱은 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 개인을 식별하는 정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
단어장, 학습 기록, 앱 설정 등은 이용자 기기 내부 저장소에만 보관됩니다. 자동 클라우드 백업은 비활성화되어 있으며(allowBackup=false), 데이터 이전은 이용자가 직접 실행하는 앱 내 내보내기/가져오기로만 이루어집니다.
영어 텍스트 인식(OCR)을 위해 카메라를 사용합니다. 인식은 기기 내부에서(온디바이스, Google ML Kit) 처리되며, 촬영 이미지는 저장하거나 외부로 전송하지 않습니다. 갤러리(사진 라이브러리) 접근 권한은 사용하지 않습니다.
내장 사전에 없는 단어를 조회할 때, 뜻·발음·예문을 보강하기 위해 조회하는 영어 단어(텍스트)만 아래 외부 서비스로 전송됩니다. 개인 식별정보는 함께 전송되지 않습니다. 이 기능은 설정 > 온라인 보충에서 끌 수 있으며, 끄면 내장 사전만 사용합니다.

앱은 무료 제공을 위해 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다. 이 과정에서 Google 및 광고 파트너가 광고 식별자(Advertising ID), 기기 정보, 앱 사용 정보 등을 수집·이용할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용과 처리 방식은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
광고 제거 등 인앱 결제는 Google Play 결제 시스템을 통해 처리됩니다. 개발자는 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 수집·보관하지 않습니다.
개발자는 이용자 정보를 판매하거나 마케팅 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 위 1항의 광고(Google) 및 온라인 보충 서비스는 해당 기능 제공을 위한 처리위탁에 해당하며, 각 서비스 제공자의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
Google AdMob 및 온라인 보충 서비스(Google Translate 등)는 데이터를 국외 서버에서 처리할 수 있습니다. 해당 정보는 각 서비스 제공자가 자체 방침에 따라 처리합니다.
기기 내부에 저장된 데이터는 이용자가 앱에서 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제(제거)하면 함께 소멸합니다. 개발자는 별도 서버에 이용자 데이터를 보관하지 않습니다.
앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
본 방침은 관련 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 본 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

Scan Voca ("the App") is a serverless, on-device app that turns English words recognized by your camera into a personal vocabulary list. The developer operates no server; your vocabulary, study records, and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to the developer.
The App has no sign-up or login and does not directly collect personally identifying information such as name, email, or phone number.
Your vocabulary, study records, and settings are kept only in on-device storage. Automatic cloud backup is disabled (allowBackup=false); data transfer occurs only via user-initiated in-app export/import.
The camera is used for on-device English text recognition (OCR) via Google ML Kit. Captured images are processed on the device and are not stored or transmitted. The App does not access your photo library.
When you look up a word not in the built-in dictionary, only the queried English word (text) is sent to the following services to enrich definitions/pronunciation/examples. No personal identifiers are sent. You can disable this in Settings > Online supplement.
The App shows Google AdMob ads to remain free. Google and its partners may collect and use your advertising ID, device information, and app usage, as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
In-app purchases (e.g., ad removal) are handled by Google Play Billing. The developer does not collect or store payment details.
The developer does not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. The advertising (Google) and online-supplement services above act as processors for those features under their own privacy policies.
Google AdMob and online-supplement services may process data on servers outside your country, under their respective policies.
Data stored on your device is deleted when you clear it in the App or uninstall the App. The developer keeps no user data on any server.
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
This policy may be updated; changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
