Kkeudeok Dictionary ("the app") works without an account or sign-up. Dictionary content and your learning records are stored only on your device. The developer does not operate a server that collects or stores personal data.
The developer collects and stores no personal data. Search and browsing work entirely offline. The network is used for one purpose only.

Learning state (confused marks, quiz history, progress), recently viewed terms, term requests and notification settings are stored in the app's local storage only. They are deleted when you uninstall the app. Android auto-backup is disabled.
Terms you request are stored only on your device. Nothing is transmitted automatically. They reach the developer only if you tap "Send by email" inside the app.
Ads are served through Google AdMob. Standard identifiers may be transferred to and processed by Google outside your country under Google's advertising policies. Users in the EEA and the UK are asked for consent first.
This app is not directed to children.
All data lives on your device, so uninstalling the app deletes it immediately. To clear only learning records, use Android Settings > Apps > Kkeudeok > Storage > Clear data.
