Find the Tofu ("the App", "we", "us") is a casual hide-and-seek game where you paint a character to camouflage it into the stage and try not to get found by the seeker. This Privacy Policy explains what information is involved when you use the App.
The App is an offline game. We do not operate our own servers and the App does not require an account or login. Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device.
We (the developer) do not collect or receive any personal information from you. The App has no backend, no sign-in, and does not transmit your game data to us.

The App can create share images (e.g., "find my tofu" cards, replay GIFs) from your gameplay. Sharing happens only when you tap the share button, and the image goes to the app you choose in the system share sheet. Nothing is uploaded or shared automatically.
The App shows a small number of ads using Google AdMob: a banner, an optional rewarded video (to refill daily plays or gain bonuses), and a small native ad in the exit dialog. Where required, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for your consent before serving personalized ads, in line with GDPR. You can change or withdraw your choice later from the App.
Depending on your state, you may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. Where a consent/opt-out form is presented, your choice is applied to ad personalization.
The App requests no sensitive permissions — no camera, no microphone, no location, no contacts. Network access is used only to load ads. Vibration is used for gameplay haptics (e.g., heartbeat effect).
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because we have no servers, we do not store your data. All app data lives on your device and is removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall it. Information processed by Google for ads is handled under Google's policies.
Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA/CPRA in the US), you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to opt out of personalized ads.
